📦 How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on the product. Some items (like our Spanish dolls and prams) are sent via FedEx, while personalised items are fulfilled by different partners and may be sent using Royal Mail or alternative couriers.
We’ll always email you with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, and we’re happy to help with any delivery questions. If you’ve ordered more than one item, they may arrive separately depending on the supplier.
📍 I entered the wrong delivery address — what should I do?

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update the address in time.
Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping details.
📬 I haven’t received my order — what now?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, just get in touch with us.
We’ll help track it down and keep you updated.
If it was sent via FedEx with signature confirmation, they may require you to contact them directly for an investigation.
🔄 Can I return an item?
We currently accept returns for faulty items only.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at siennas_world@yahoo.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Items must be sent back in their original condition within 10 working days of approval.
🧸 What if my item is faulty?
We’re really sorry if something wasn’t quite right.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at siennas_world@yahoo.com and include a photo if possible.
We’ll sort it out quickly and cover return delivery costs for any faulty items.
