We currently deliver to the United Kingdom for all products, and to Ireland only for select toy ranges.

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Orders

• Personalised Gifts (e.g. night lights, teddy bears, wooden toys):
  – Delivery Time: 2–4 working days
  – Courier: Royal Mail or similar
  – Cost: £4.85
• Spanish Dolls & Toys (e.g. prams, vinyl dolls, reborn dolls):
  – Delivery Time: Next working day after dispatch
  – Courier: FedEx or equivalent
  – Cost: £5.99

Ireland Orders

• Spanish Dolls & Toys Only
  – Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
  – Courier: FedEx or international courier
  – Cost: £11.99

⚠️ We do not currently ship personalised items to Ireland.
If your basket includes these, checkout will not be available.

📦 Will My Items Arrive Together?

If you purchase a mix of personalised items and Spanish toys, they may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple parcels, depending on fulfilment locations.

🌍 Customs & Import Fees (Ireland)

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
These are set by your country and must be paid by the customer before the parcel can be released.
