🎁 Personalised Items
Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. If you receive a personalised item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@siennasplayworld.com. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
🧸 Toys, Dolls & Prams
If you wish to return toys, dolls, or prams, you may do so within 14 days of receiving them. The items must be unused and in their original packaging for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at hello@siennasplayworld.com to initiate the return process.
🎪 Soft Play Items
Soft play items can only be returned if they are found to be faulty within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature of these large items being sourced from our international supplier, we regret to inform you that they cannot be exchanged. If you believe you have received a faulty soft play item, please reach out to us immediately at hello@siennasplayworld.com so that we can address the issue promptly.

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning any products, except in the case of a faulty item.
